Chef’s Tasting Menus
Chef’s Tasting Menus are a standout at our Restaurants. The Tasting Menus are multi-course experiences that offer a delightful and delicious overview of our cuisine. Many times dishes are a surprise as each course is served, but guests are welcome to ask in advance if they’re uncertain before ordering or have certain dietary restrictions that need to be considered.
At Cannon Green, Chef Amalia Scatena creates a 6-course Tasting Menu highlighting what’s in season in the Lowcountry and what’s inspiring to her that week. The Tasting Menu is $75 per person + $45 for Optional Wine Pairings. Whole Table Must Participate.
Chef Vinson Petrillo offers a choice of “Herbivore” or “Omnivere Menu” at Zero Restaurant + Bar in Charleston. The 7-course Tasting Menus include beverage pairings.
Chef Lee Hendrickson offers a personalized 5-course Tasting Menu at Red Pump Kitchen. He creates a custom menu based on the freshest seasonal ingredients, carefully paired with wines to compliment each course. The Chef’s Tasting menu for $55 per person or $90 per person with wine pairings.
