Our goal is to expand our collection to fifteen luxury properties in high-end destinations over the next 10 years. We have an established track record in Charleston, South Carolina; Charlottesville, Virginia; and the Virginia hunt country outside of Washington, DC, and are seeking growth opportunities in similarly premier destinations in North America and Europe. Finance + Feasibility

Founded by a senior director of a premier global luxury hotel company, EPG thrives on being small and nimble. As a niche company with a laser focus, our management taps a wealth of resources, both in terms of capital and experience. We are owner-operated and hold significant equity positions of up to 50-70% in every project, complimented by banking partnerships providing flexible debt options. Our strategic capital priority is to keep debt to equity conservative for the initial four years of operation — starting at 50/50 and not increasing until the business and markets are forecasted to stabilize. We have financing readily available to pursue capital projects up to $25 million.

Management + Operations

Easton Porter Group trains and empowers its operations managers to excel in multiple business modalities, ensuring that local decision making is hyper responsive to day-to-day realities and guest needs. While property-specific management is decentralized, the company has centralized legal, financial, HR and marketing divisions, with standardized systems, accounting and controls in place.  The field manages through Key Result Areas goals and metrics for sales, labor scheduling and controls, purchasing and training.

Technology + Innovation

Though we’re in the luxury hospitality business, Easton Porter Group is very much a technology company. We leverage the most sophisticated software, much of it proprietary, to allow for lean, responsive operations. Our key operating systems are cloud-based, including our accounting, accounts payable, inventory management, procurement and property management, allowing for seamless management and low overhead, with defined operating responsibilities based in each business.

All Easton Porter Group properties and enterprises share a cohesive standard of excellence. This goes beyond marketing and branding—or the way in which we project ourselves—to the way in which guests experience us. Nothing speaks louder or stronger than word-of-mouth endorsement from discerning guests. The “EPG stamp of approval” is an exclusive standard indeed, and the investments and properties we pursue must meet and/or exceed this high benchmark.

Our Founders

Partners in vision, business and life, Dean Andrews and Lynn Easton share a love of discovering unique locations and enjoying exceptional cuisine and wines. Each brings a depth of career experience—Dean on the business side and Lynn in design and event expertise—to form a duo that covers all bases in global hospitality, and then some. They combined their talents and vision in 2012 to launch Easton Porter Group, and love the thrill and satisfaction of sharing their love of terrific food, wine and hospitality with others.
