Charleston Wine + Food Festival 2017
Our Charleston restaurants Cannon Green and Zero Restaurant + Bar are both participating in the Charleston Wine + Food Festival which takes place March 1-5, 2017.
Two female chef powerhouses unite for one epic dinner. Cannon Grene’s Executive Chef Amalia Scatana will join forces with LA’s Chef Nancy Silverton. The pair’s collaborative menu will be accompanied by wines presented by California’s Jeremy Weintraub of Adelaida. Bright flavors marrying one coast to another – cheers to that. Zero George Executive Chef Vinson Petrillo welcomes to the kitchen Chef Steven Greene of The Umstead Hotel’s Herons for one incredible celebration of locally sourced ingredients and exceptional flavors exquisitely plated alongside wines presented by Thamiene Momtazi from Oregon’s Maysara Winery.
